- Products purchased through the website are not returnable through Basel branches.
- The allowed period for returns is (3 days) from receiving the order, and for exchanges (7 days) from receiving the order.
- In the event of an error by the store in one of the products, such as receiving a perfume different from the order, leakage, or breakage, the customer will be compensated and his problem will be solved as quickly as possible, provided that communication is made within (3 days) of the date of receiving the shipment.

Please note that the return shipping cost (20 riyals) will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of exchange (40 riyals round-trip shipping fee), it must be paid via bank transfer before the transaction.

- If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company, the shipment will be cancelled one month after it arrives at our warehouses, and the customer is not entitled to claim a refund for the order.
- Orders outside of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order or not receive the shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount of 20 riyals (outside the Kingdom 51 riyals).
- Orders paid via Tabby, Tamara, Stc Pay, Mis Pay and Madfou will have their amounts refunded using the same method.
- The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid by the customer if the perfumes are unavailable or if there is a technical problem.
- The process of returning perfumes by the shipping company takes (3-8 business days).
